2011 Admission Announcement
The Institute of Law is a constituent Institute of Nirma University, a statutory university established under the Gujrat State Legislative Act and recognized under Section 2(f) of UGC Act.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A candidate should have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate Examinations (10+2) or its equivalent examinations with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
- Age of the candidate should not be more than 20 years on 1st July, 2011.
Admission Procedure:
The prospective candidates are compulsorily required to take the Common Law Admission Test, CLAT 2011, which is being conducted by West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata on 15th May, 2011.Last Date for submission of CLAT application is 2nd April, 2011. The prospective candidates are also required to fill in the application form of the Institute of Law, Nirma University in addition to the CLAT form. Only those candidates who have appeared in CLAT 2011and have also applied in Institute of Law, Nirma University will be considered for admission, based on inter se merit of CLAT 2011.

Fee Structure:
• Indian Residents: Tuition FEE – Rs.1, 00,000/- per annum (inclusive of all, except refundable Deposits, University fees and student activity fees).
• Foreign Nationals/PIO/NRIs/Gulf Quota - US $ 6500 per annum or equivalent in Indian Rupees (inclusive of all, except refundable Deposits, University fees and student activity fees).
