About Exam:
Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) is one of the reputed Institutes of Cochin that provides the various professional degree courses to the aspiring candidates. Institute is approved by Government of India for providing education to the aspiring candidates. Courses offered by the Institute is approved by AICTE on completion of which helps us to get excellent placement facilities provided by the Institute. Institute was established under section 3 of the UGC Act 1956 for providing various under graduate and post graduate courses to the candidates.
CUSAT 2012: Eligibility Criteria
i) Pass in Plus 2 examination with 60% marks in Science / Commerce group or 55% marks in Arts / Humanities.
ii) Should not have completed 20 years of age on July 1st of the year of admission. 22 years in the case of SC / ST and OBC candidates.
CUSAT 2012: Reservation of seats
- Open for All states
- 36% seats reserved ( SC 8% , ST 2% , SEBC - Ezhava /Thiyya / Billava (ETB) 9% , Muslim (MSM) 8% , Other Backward Hindus (OBH) 5% , Latin Catholic other than Anglo-Indians (LCC) 2% , Other Backward X’ian 1% , Kudumbi 1% )
