AMU 2010 B.A.LL.B Application Submission Process

The candidates have to submit the Application Form either ON-LINE OR fill in the downloaded blank Application Form by hand.

a)Courses in which only ONLINE Submission is permitted :

MBA/MBA(IB)/PG Diploma in Islamic Banking & Finance, M.F.C. / M.T.A. / BRIM / PGDBF, LL.M., M.Ed., M.L.I.Sc., M.Sc.(Biotechnology), M.A.E.B.M., M.Sc. (Agriculture) Microbiology / Plant Protection, B. Ed., M.A. (Mass Communication), PG Diploma in Computer Programming(PGDCP), Master of Social Work, MCA and B.L.I.Sc. Admission Tests

Procedure for Submission of ONLINE Application Form :

1.Go to the ONLINE Application Form by clicking the relevant link, fill in the entries carefully and then submit the Form.
2.Take the Printout of the generated PDF copy of the filled in Application Form on A-4 Size paper of 80 GSM.
3.Put your thumb impression, signature and paste your recent photographs at the designated place on the Application Form.
4.Attached the appropriate Demand Draft / Cash Receipt along with other document(s) with the Application Form and do not fold or multilate it in any way.
5.Put the Application Form inside the A-4 Size Envelope and paste the Postal Slip on the top.
6.Affix the requisite stamp and send it to the Deputy Controller (Admissions), Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh - 202002, so that it reaches the office on or before the last date.

b)Courses in which both the ONLINE and the downloaded version of the Application Forms are permitted.

Class XI / Diploma in Engineering, B.Tech. / B. Arch., MBBS/BDS, BALLB,
B.Sc.(Hons.)Industrial Chemistry, B.Sc.(Hons.) Computer Applications, Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery, CET (Professional Courses), BUMS/Pre-Tib and B.E. (Evening) Admission Tests

c)Courses in which only downloaded version of the Application Forms are permitted :

ALL COURSES NOT MENTIONED AT (a) and (b) only downloaded Application Forms will be accepted this include Departmental Test Courses and Non-Test Courses.

Procedure for submitting downloaded version of the Application Form :

1.Download the blank Application Form from the website www.amucontrollerexams.com and get it printed on A-4 size paper of not less than 80 GSM.
2.Carefully fill it in BLOCK letters using black ball point pen.
3.Put your Thumb Impression, Signature and paste your recent Photographs at the designated places on the Application Form.
4.Attach the appropriate Demand Draft / Cash Receipt along with other document(s) with the Application Form. Do not fold or multilate it in any way.
5.Put the Application Form inside the A-4 Size Envelope and paste the Postal Slip on the Top after filling it properly.
6.Send it to the concerned office as given under the heading “Submission of Application Form” on Page 13 of the Guide to Admissions 2010-11, by Registered Post / Speed Post or through Courier so as to reach by 5:00 p.m. on or before the last date. Incomplete Application Forms/those received late/ without requisite fee and/or not supported with the required certificates / documents shall be rejected and no further correspondence shall be entertained in this regard
