Situated in Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Faculty of Law IFHE is a constituent part of ICFAI Foundation for Higher Studies, Hyderabad, which is a Deemed University. The institute is approved by Bar Council of India, Government of India, New Delhi. Faculty of Law ICFAI Foundation for Higher Studies imparts undergraduate level programme in the discipline of law, that is, BBA LLB (Hons). The course, which is a five-year full time programme, is imparted by the institute as per the rules and regulations of the University. The candidates, who have secured minimum 60% marks in aggregate at the 10+2 level, are exempted from any kind of law entrance tests. On the other hand, students, who have passed 10+2 level of examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, must appear in National-Level Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) or State Level Law Entrance Tests.
