ILI CAT 2012: Test Pattern
The entrance test will consist of 3 parts:
- Part I(30 marks): Will consist of 30 Objective Type Questions from English Language and General Knowledge
- Part II(60 marks): Will consist of 60 Objective Type Questions from Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, IPC, Public International Law, Commercial Law (Contract and Specific Relief Act, Partnership and Sale of Goods Act), Law of Torts, Law of Limitation and Family Laws
- Part III(40 marks):Will consist of 5 Subjective Type Questions from (i) Jurisprudence, (ii) Constitutional Law, (iii) IPC, (iv) Commercial Laws (Contract, Partnership and Sale of Goods Act) and (v) Family Law. Word limit for each answer will be 150 words.
For objective type questions there will be negative marking of 1/4th marks for incorrect answers.
