UNIVERSITY JOINT ENTRANCE TEST 20112
Association of Self-Financing Universities of Rajasthan has obligation to organize the Joint Entrance Test for making admissions in the various Courses/Programmes offered by the member universities. Provisions made under Article 4(12) of the Constitution of the Association for this purpose are as under: -
It shall make arrangements for Joint Entrance Tests-2012 from time to time following the mandate and norms of the respective governing legislative enactments, in a manner as may be determined by the General Body.Section- 32(2) of the Governing Act of the universities also provides as under.
UJET 2012: Admission procedure
(1) Admission in the University shall be made strictly on the basis of merit.
(2) Merit for admission in the University may be determined either on the basis of marks or grade obtained in the qualifying examination and achievements in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities or on the basis of marks or grade obtained in the entrance test conducted at the State level either by an association of the universities conducting similar courses or by any agency of the State.
(3) Reservation in admission to the University for scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and other backward classes, women and handicapped persons shall be provided as per the policy of the State Government.
UJET 2012: Eligibility Criteria
- 10+2 , 50% for BA LLB 5yr / 5yr LLB , LLB 3yr - 10+2+3 / Graduation
UJET 2012: Reservation of seats
- Open for all states
- In shridhar university - 60 seats for 5yrLLB & 60 seats for 3yr LLB
